Code of Ethics and Conduct
Professional conduct, integrity and responsible sourcing principles applicable to PMO Gestão, its employees, partners and suppliers.
1. Purpose, mission and values
PMO Gestão’s business purpose is to support clients in developing projects that generate effective benefits and drive their growth strategy.
The mission is to add value and enhance the sustainable evolution of clients’ businesses through expertise, best practices, management methodologies, technology, excellence, ethics and partnership.
2. Professional conduct
The Code of Ethics describes expectations, ideals and mandatory behaviors for Executive Management, employees, interns, service providers and anyone acting on behalf of the company.
The principles include preservation of life, sustainable conduct, social responsibility, open dialogue, absence of conflicts of interest, intolerance of corruption, fair competition and reputation protection.
3. Reporting channel and consequences
Suspected ethical misconduct must be directed to the Reporting Channel, with impartial, serious, confidential treatment and no retaliation.
Violations may result in warnings, training, suspension, dismissal and other applicable legal measures, according to the severity of the conduct.
4. Supplier conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct establishes minimum non-negotiable standards for suppliers, business partners, employees, agents and subcontractors.
Required practices include ethics and integrity, prevention of fraud, corruption, money laundering, conflicts of interest, data protection, respect for human rights, health, safety, environment and cooperation in audits and assessments.
5. Responsible sourcing
Suppliers must communicate and enforce the Code within their organizations, report violations and work with PMO Gestão on assessments, preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
